Appearance: Jay looks slightly older then her age with auburn that falls past her shoulders and icy blue eyes. She's kind of short, but surprisingly strong. She may come from a rich family, but she's not some fashion designer clothes freak. Her clothes are a weird mix of tomboy style and punk/emo/whatever-you-want-to-call-it from places like Target and Kohl's.
Personality: Jayda is definitely different. Most think she's bipolar, which is quite possible, but she wouldn't know. She has a horrid temper, which makes her get in lots of fights (both verbal and physical). She is very nice, surprisingly, if she's not going through one of her temperamental moments. She will do her share of work and even more then so without complaint. She loves her music and her skateboard, but those were sadly blown away, along with the rest of the boat. Jay enjoys to day dream and pretend everything is wonderful - but it never is.
History: Her parents, Greggory and Cynthia Winters, are rich. While Greggory is a top lawyer, Cynthia is a "Famous" actress. Or, in Jay's opinion, a nobody actress. They're always traveling to LA, DC, or NYC and only come home to Savannah every month or two. She's learned not to get too attached to her parents; they don't care about their only child. Jay has her Granny, though. Granny suggested that Jay should get away for the summer after finding out Jayda was in a fight at school. Knowing Jayda wants to be a Marine Biologist, since she's better with animals then she is people and also pretty smart, Granny easily got the money from Jay's parents and sent her away while waving goodbye for possibly the last time.
